Agent Biography
Andrew Fleisher has been a commercial real estate broker in Portsmouth, NH since 1985.
Before becoming a commercial real estate broker, Andy was Vice President for a major shoe manufacturer in Lewiston, Maine.
After attending the University of Miami, Florida, where he met his wife of 30 years, Andy went into the shoe business, where for approximately 10 years, he helped run a successful shoe manufacturing company. He then moved to Portsmouth, NH in 1985, where he began his career in commercial real estate.
In 1993, Fleisher was awarded the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which certifies his expertise in commercial and investment real estate. Recognized for its preeminence within the industry, the CCIM curriculum represents the core knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners. Only 6 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry.
Prior to joining Shanley Realtors, Andy had his own commercial real estate company for six years. He was then a broker at The Kane Company, where he worked for three years.
At Shanley Realtors, Andy is specializing in investment and development properties, with an emphasis on the sales and leasing of industrial and office properties.
Andy Fleisher lives in Portsmouth with his wife Greer, and his two daughters, Katie and Samantha.
Andy is a member of the Portsmouth Rotary Club, Temple Israel Portsmouth, and is a past member of the board of directors for Crossroads House.
Andy enjoys reading, tennis, golf, chess and pocket billiards.
