A renaissance man, Joe has owned and operated Shanley Realtors since 1988. He is a husband, father, broker, and auctioneer, as well as being a friend to many people. Joe has compiled a list of accomplishments, which are the result of his concern for, and involvement in the community while working to be a consummate real estate professional. Another craft that Joe enjoys working on is his passion for comedy, helping to spread the most contagious thing of all, laughter with a smile, and sometimes even some tears!

Hilarious. Joe enjoys exposing the humorous side of relationships between men and women, marriage, children, Catholic school, health problems and working for a living. Outrageous without being off color, Joe has entertained at benefit events for Special Olympics, Cystic Fibrosis, Cross Roads House Homeless Shelter, New Hampshire Association of Realtors, Portsmouth New Hampshire School System, Massachusetts Coastal Conservation Commission, Strawberry Banke Museum, Foundation for Seacoast Health, City Year New Hampshire and many other charities and private clients.

Most recently Joe opened for renowned comic and Academy Award winner Steven Wright at the Music Hall in Portsmouth.
