Agent Biography
A native of Westborough, MA, Marilyn began her working life with the Selectmen, learning the ins and outs of permitting and zoning. Then, adventure called when a friend invited her for several months of backpacking through South America.
Upon her return, she took up new challenges with start-up companies, opening new businesses from the ground up. She moved into personnel recruiting, starting a new division for a national firm earning accreditation as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and distinction as a national top biller.
Marilyn put her personnel savvy to use in the public sector when she became the Personnel Director for Middlesex (MA) County, a position she held until she left to start a family in Nashua, New Hampshire; moving to seacoast in 1996.
The married mother of two, Marilyn makes her home in Hampton. While raising her children, Marilyn worked as a top-producing market researcher in the high-technology industry and ran a small antiques and collectibles business; active in the community, working on school and civic projects. She is a member of the Hampton Area Lions Club and serves on the steering committee of the Hampton Historical Society.
With her kids grown, she sought new challenges in the field of real estate. Specializing in commercial properties, she relies on a strong sales background, business experience, ability to understand her clients’ and customers’ needs, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
