Patrick is known for his wit and "old world"charm in getting things done. His focus is in Property Management and providing Shanley clients with an experienced and effective agent relationship. He also conducts commercial property transactions, extending his services to clients who would like to reinvest or divest from their real estate portfolio.

Patrick has an interesting story including a lifetime of travel. Born in Swinford, Ireland and growing up in a small town, Patrick realized his hunger for life experience and enrichment. He left Ireland when he was twenty to travel through the West Indies and to South America to work in a Sugar Plantation as a Transport Manager. He also spent one year laboring as a diamond prospector within the jungles of South America.

Moving back to Europe to live in the U.K., he met his first wife and raised his two daughters. He worked for an agricultural feed company where he specialized in breeding hybrid pigs. He then launched into his own business in the U.K. importing and exporting pet supplies.

Patrick’s hobbies include hunting and especially fishing. One day, while fishing on a lake on the west coast of Ireland he noticed a beautiful woman across the lake and "hooked on to more than a fish". He followed Sharon to the United States and the two married and settled together in Portsmouth. Patrick met Joe Shanley who eventually represented their interest by selling he and his wife’s home. He joined the Shanley team in 1995, and has been a key to the success of the Property Management division.
