Agent Biography
A chronicle of Ralph’s life reveals two traits; he’s an authority on the seacoast and an expert in the art of sales. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corp, he came to Portsmouth in 1961 and has lived in the same house in Elwyn Park with his wife since 1969. Well-known throughout the community, Ralph has served on city advisory boards, coached both Little League and Babe Ruth baseball teams, and was an active member of the PHS booster club. Ralph’s professional life has centered on making sales, with a focus on the tire and rubber industry. After traveling nationally for 20 years, Ralph opened his own specialty tire and hose wholesale distributor. He began knocking on doors, and after turning a first month’s revenue of $300 into $12,000 the next month, he never looked back. After 18 years, he sold the million dollar company to a competitor. With no desire to retire, Ralph obtained his real estate license and now focuses on commercial real estate. Ralph not only savors success in his new trade, he also delights in the challenge of sales and the satisfaction of delivering a quality good with superior service
