Tom has worked with at Shanley Realtors as auction coordinator since 1990. Over the years Tom has organized all types of real estate sales from undeveloped land to multi parcel auctions of investment properties. During the auction process Tom oversees the auction registration table then tracks bids throughout the live auction process.

Tom and I have been to every corner of New Hampshire and Maine. Thanks to Tom's map reading ability we only got lost once. Fortunately, Tom found a logging road that cut cross country and delivered us to auction on time.
